Integrity Engineer is a dynamic consulting firm providing a full range of professional services in planning, analysis, and design to public and private entities.
We provide consultation and apply company asset integrity and process safety throughout all phases of operations. This is included but not limited to:
Facilitate HAZOP, HAZID and Risk Assessments
Coordinate safety engineering studies e.g. Consequence Analysis, Gas Dispersion, Heat Radiation,
Provide safety engineering advice on modifications
Investigate High Potential Incidents/ Accidents and provide advice on preventive measures and remedial action and ensure all actions are implemented properly
Perform audit for compliance with Company SSHE Management System including Company asset integrity and Risk Assessment Standards
Initiate program/campaign to promote safety awareness and prevent major accidents in company operations
Produce, organize and coordinate the production of asset integrity database and reports is the discipline and profession of acquiring and applying scientific, mathematical, economic, social, legal and practical knowledge to the assurance, and verification functions that ensure a product, process, or system meets (and is meeting) its appropriate and intended safety, legal and business requirement(s).
Our Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain standards, procedures, philosophy and guidelines related to safety engineering and asset integrity which is at least equivalent to national regulations, international best practices and Company codes of practice, strategies etc.
Asset Integrity Engineer is accountable for providing operating assets with specialized asset integrity support and participating in an intensive campaign to improve the platforms asset integrity
Responsible for leading asset integrity activities for assigned assets and programs
Plan and coordinate Asset Integrity plant inspections and corrective action projects
Identify Asset Integrity issues from daily inspections, highlight to stakeholders and assist with resolution planning
Technical authority for asset integrity of static pressure equipment and related inspection and maintenance strategies
Liaison with inspection contractor and maintenance focal points to ensure resources and materials are identified and available for timely completion of planned works
Coordinate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts to resolve asset integrity issues
Provide specialized knowledge of inspection techniques, chemicals, coatings and corrosion mechanisms
Manage technical service providers as needed to conduct inspections of coatings, corrosion under insulation, passive fire protection, material selection, failure analysis and cathodic protection
Continually improve and maintain Risk Based Inspection programs
Project manage small to mid size Asset Integrity specialized inspection or corrective action projects, and develop the conceptual engineering solution for large projects to be executed by maintenance team
